We did the GeneStar Feed Efficiency test on a small group of sale bulls and Herd Sires this year. The numerical value for GeneStar Feed Efficiency (GDP) is reported in the reduction in the pounds of feed eaten by the animal daily with the same performance. A more negative number means a more efficient animal.
